Hi, I’m Krissie Marshall, a professional host and the owner of Elevate Luxe Hospitality.

I grew up in Pataskala, Ohio, and spent much of my early career working in banking and human resources. Over time, I realized I was ready for a change. A series of life events encouraged me to think differently about my finances and the opportunities around me, which ultimately led me to explore short-term rental investing.

At the time, I had never invested in real estate and had no idea where to begin. After months of searching, I found a home near Buckeye Lake and decided to take a leap of faith. What started as a new investment quickly turned into something much more. I discovered that hosting was not only profitable—it was something I truly loved.

I became passionate about designing beautiful spaces and creating memorable guest experiences. As word spread and my first property gained traction, other homeowners began asking if I could help manage their vacation rentals as well.

After purchasing my second rental property, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. I built a team, immersed myself in learning everything I could about the short-term rental industry, and continued growing the business.

In just a few years, our team—and our portfolio—has grown significantly. Today, Elevate Luxe Hospitality specializes in helping homeowners turn their properties into successful vacation rentals.
