Hi, I’m Krissie Marshall, a professional host and the owner of Elevate Luxe Hospitality.

I grew up in Pataskala, Ohio, and spent much of my career in banking and HR. Eventually, I realized I was ready for a change. A series of life events pushed me to think differently about my finances and resources, which led me to explore short-term rental investing.

At the time, I had never invested in anything and had no idea where to begin. After months of searching, I found a home in Buckeye Lake and decided to take the leap. It didn’t take long to discover that hosting was not only profitable, but something I truly loved. I became deeply passionate about designing spaces and creating exceptional guest experiences.

As word spread, I was asked to manage additional properties. After purchasing my second rental, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. I built a team, immersed myself in learning everything I could about the industry, and continued to grow.
